Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Manager to lead Addi’s tax function across Colombia, the United States and the Cayman Islands as the company prepares for its IPO. The role will own the consolidated effective tax rate (ETR), drive compliance, optimisation and automation, and turn tax into a competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities

• Design and operate a multi‑jurisdiction compliance calendar covering VAT, ICA, WHT, CIT, US and Cayman tax obligations.
• Lead EY and KPMG engagements, providing high‑quality inputs and overseeing end‑to‑end annual filings.
• Own all tax‑related close inputs, including current tax accruals, deferred tax movements, uncertain tax positions (UTP) tracking and NetSuite reconciliations.
• Develop and maintain the consolidated ETR model for Colombia, the US and Cayman, identifying and quantifying WHT leakage.
• Deliver concrete results such as filed positions, signed agreements and approved policies, rather than advisory decks.
• Address day‑1 backlog items including Art. 107 ET board policies, WHT Category B defence and internal controls.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading tax functions in multi‑jurisdictional environments.
• Hands‑on ownership of tax compliance, filing and reporting processes.
• Ability to work closely with external advisors (EY, KPMG) and drive them with high‑quality inputs.
• Strong analytical mindset to quantify tax optimisation and leakage.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred for cross‑border coordination.
