Team Lead - Accounts Receivable Audit

About the role

PRGX, a provider of source-to-pay data analytics and software and tech-enabled profit recovery services, is hiring a Team Lead in Medellin, Colombia. The role supervises a team of analysts who handle credit analysis, claim creation and validation, and communication with suppliers. Candidates must be authorized to work in Colombia without sponsorship and speak fluent English.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, assign and supervise the team's activities, distribute suppliers and workload among auditors, and monitor progress from preparation through closure while ensuring SLA and deliverable compliance.
• Supervise credit analysis, identification of credits in statements, validation of information in client ERP systems, and creation and validation of claims, checking that each case is correctly executed and documented.
• Coordinate statement requests, communications and reminders, and follow-ups with suppliers; monitor bounced emails, alternative contacts and incomplete responses.
• Supervise the upload and update of information in tools such as Panoptic, coordinate client and project setup, and manage access, users and permissions.
• Implement quality controls, validate information before sending it to the client and invoicing, and identify recurring errors and corrective actions.
• Coordinate communication approvals, vendor master management and cleanup, and requests for supporting documents to ensure a structured project start.
• Identify optimization and automation opportunities, implement best practices, and track performance KPIs.
• Guide and support the development of analysts and act as an operational escalation point.

Required profile

• Professional degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a related field.
• Preferably 3+ years in AP, AR, financial audit or similar roles.
• Experience leading operational teams.
• Knowledge of financial processes and data analysis.
• Fluent English (B2+).
