Team Leader – BPO

About the role

TaskUs is seeking a motivated Team Leader to mentor, guide, and develop a high‑performing team in its Medellin office. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance, handling escalations, and shaping the team’s strategic direction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide mentorship, guidance, and career development to team members.
• Implement and manage escalation channels following agreed procedures.
• Lead the team through transitions, building problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, analytical, and technical capabilities.
• Set team goals, collaborate with direct reports on execution strategies, and track progress.
• Identify actionable insights, make recommendations, and influence team strategy through effective communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of people‑management experience in a BPO or call‑center environment.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem‑solving abilities.
