Technical Consultant – Hybrid

About the role

Quorum Software is seeking a Technical Consultant to join its Professional Services team. The role focuses on implementing Quorum’s energy software for North American customers, providing design, configuration, deployment and support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical services including application installation, environment management, data conversion, reporting and integration.
• Participate in design, configuration/development and testing phases of software implementation and upgrade projects.
• Work closely with customer IT and business users to gather specifications, install updates, manage security, train personnel and resolve issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in technology, engineering, business or an analytical discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills, with a desire for continuous learning.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and fluency in English.

Required skills

• SQL (functions, procedures, data manipulation and troubleshooting).
• Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• C# programming and troubleshooting.
• Report building (SSRS) and REST API integration.
• Basic knowledge of cloud‑based solutions, object‑oriented programming and web development.
