Technical Operations Engineer (SRE / QA / Data)

About the role

We are looking for a versatile technical professional who can move fluidly between reliability engineering, quality assurance, data integrity and technical support, using AI tools strategically to accelerate work while ensuring outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor system health and lead incident response, detecting problems early and performing rapid post‑incident fixes.
• Develop and maintain automation, alerting and observability tools to reduce manual work.
• Ensure data integrity across CRM, customer portal and product analytics by investigating discrepancies.
• Create dashboards and reports for non‑technical teams to self‑serve information.
• Leverage AI tools daily to accelerate work while verifying their outputs.

Required profile

• Practical experience in at least two areas: SRE/DevOps, QA automation, data operations or technical support.
• Proficiency in AWS, Terraform, Datadog (or comparable monitoring) and a test automation framework such as Cypress.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript or Python and ability to write/read SQL/NoSQL queries.
• Experience maintaining clean data in CRM, payments and support tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical issues to non‑technical audiences.
