Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a technically‑adept Technical Project Manager to act as the bridge between high‑level AI strategy and day‑to‑day execution. You will lead the deployment of AI‑driven automation systems (“AI employees”) for a fast‑growing digital marketing agency, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering measurable ROI.

Key responsibilities

• Lead client onboarding sessions to gather requirements and define project scopes.
• Design, set up, and manage complex AI workflows and automations using platforms such as GoHighLevel and n8n.
• Perform hands‑on adjustments to existing systems, including prompt engineering and logic updates.
• Utilise large‑language‑model tools (OpenAI, Claude) to craft prompts and build simple automation strings.
• Serve as the primary liaison for client feedback, troubleshoot technical issues, and prioritize bug fixes.
• Collaborate closely with the AI Engineering team to facilitate more complex technical implementations.
• Manage timelines and expectations to keep projects on track and deliver high ROI.

Required profile

• Client‑facing with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end project lifecycles from onboarding to optimisation.
