Technical Project Manager – Marketing Measurement Platform

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a Marketing Measurement & Optimization platform. The role is fully remote and focuses on coordinating data science, engineering, and MLOps teams to bring ML‑driven marketing solutions into production.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming and track progress using JIRA and Confluence.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery of ML models, data pipelines, and application components, ensuring production readiness.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, roadmaps, risk registers and timeline dependencies.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Analytics, Data & Technology stakeholders and external partners to align priorities.
• Support technical environments such as Snowflake, AWS (S3, SageMaker), DBT and MLFlow.
• Produce documentation, status reports and onboarding materials for the platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of project or program management experience.
• Proven track record of leading complex data and technology initiatives using Agile methodologies.
• Experience working closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Application Engineers and business stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
