Technical Project Manager (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the roadmap for Taco Bell’s enterprise marketing measurement and optimization platform. The role is fully remote in Colombia and will coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver complex data‑driven initiatives using agile practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead Agile scrum ceremonies and manage workflows across Data Science, Data Engineering, App Engineering, and MLOps teams.
• Create and maintain JIRA boards, tickets, and backlogs as the single source of truth.
• Facilitate technical feasibility decisions and ensure delivery across model, pipeline, and application layers.
• Develop detailed timelines, roadmaps, and identify dependencies and critical path items.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Analytics, Data & Technology teams and external vendors to align priorities and deliverables.
• Use tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Snowflake, AWS (S3, SageMaker), DBT pipelines, and MLFlow for execution tracking and model deployment.
• Maintain clear documentation of tasks, risks, decisions, and processes.
• Own technical processes for model validation, retraining, pipeline updates, and releases.
• Produce status updates, presentations, and onboarding material for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in data‑focused initiatives.
• Strong experience leading complex technology projects from initiation to production.
• Proven ability to solve cross‑functional problems, manage risks, and drive resolutions.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business audiences.
