Technical Project Manager – Software Development

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Technical Project Manager to lead software development initiatives across cross‑functional teams in LATAM. The role combines Agile leadership, stakeholder communication and operational excellence to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) and act as servant‑leader for development teams.
• Manage project risks, dependencies and maintain transparent reporting.
• Coordinate technical and non‑technical stakeholders to align expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery practices and team performance.
• Oversee multiple concurrent software development projects and ensure alignment with timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Proven experience in project management within software development environments.
• Experience serving as Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager or Technical Project Manager.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
