Technical Recruiter

About the role

The Technical Recruiter will join a leading managed service provider in the technology sector, driving talent acquisition for both management and specialist positions. This full‑time role requires a high‑energy professional fluent in English with at least five years of technical recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive hiring strategy aligned with company culture.
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals and internal databases.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• Manage daily HR tasks including postings, sourcing, referrals, interviews, offers and handoffs.
• Create and maintain recruitment‑focused social media content.
• Research industry recruiting trends and continuously improve sourcing methods.
• Coordinate candidate travel for interviews and represent the company at career fairs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5‑8 years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in the technology sector.
• Strong network with senior internal and external talent.
• Excellent communication and judgment in selecting recruitment methods.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Office.
