Technical Service Advisor

About the role

The Technical Service Advisor provides technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams, delivering technical solutions that meet business needs. This hybrid position requires working on average two days per week from an HPE office in Bogota.

Key responsibilities

• Implement all or part of technical solutions according to agreed designs and lead small‑to‑medium technical projects.
• Collaborate with Project/Technical Managers, Solutions Architects and customer representatives to ensure successful delivery.
• Provide technical support, integration advice and planning for multi‑system environments.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, documentation and pre‑sales activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience in technology consulting or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent (or 8+ years of experience without a degree).
• Proven ability to lead small teams and manage technical deliverables.
• Strong business and technical communication skills, including proposal writing and client presentations.

Required skills

• Design and delivery of enterprise technology solutions.
• Technical leadership on integration activities and solution architecture.
• Ability to translate technical details into clear documentation and proposals.
