Technical Services Advisor

About the role

The Technical Services Advisor provides technology consulting to external customers and internal project teams, delivering solutions that meet business needs. This hybrid role requires working on average two days per week from an HPE office in Bogota.

Key responsibilities

• Implement parts or all of technical solutions according to agreed designs and occasionally create detailed technical designs for enterprise solutions.
• Lead small to medium technical projects, liaise with Solutions Architects, and provide technical support and integration advice to customers.
• Contribute to knowledge tools, document project learnings, and participate in pre‑sales activities.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Demonstrated ability to design and scope deliverables, lead small teams, and communicate complex technical issues confidently.
• Proven consulting skills, including problem resolution, requirement translation, and risk assessment.

Required skills

• Broad technical knowledge across multiple technology areas and ability to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
• Experience in creating technical documentation, proposals, and statements of work.
• Capability to conduct technical meetings, lead status updates, and provide guidance on integration activities.
