Technical Support Specialist (Video Operations)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Video Operations team. You will help enterprise customers run flawless live streaming events, troubleshoot issues in real time, and grow your expertise in modern video streaming technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and support live streaming events for enterprise clients.
• Configure streaming environments and assist with technical setup.
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during live broadcasts.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to resolve problems.
• Continuously learn and adopt new video streaming tools and practices.

Required profile

• A technical background such as IT support, QA, networking, system administration, development or DevOps.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure, especially during live events.
• Excellent English communication skills for customer‑facing interactions.
