About the role

Conduent is seeking a Trainer IV to deliver training classes for employees on product features, technology, client tools, and processes. The role involves designing, updating, and organizing training materials while ensuring content remains current and effective.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training classes for employees on products, technology, client tools, and processes.
• Design and update basic‑level training materials and courses based on client or internal needs.
• Organize training content in a clear sequence for delivery.
• Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to keep content current and effective.
• Review and prepare training resources and materials for classes.
• Collect training feedback from participants and incorporate improvements.
• Conduct “train‑the‑trainer” sessions as needed.
• Analyze, produce, and distribute training reports.
• Guide other trainers, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Proficient in a range of operational processes through prior experience and training.
• Completes assignments and guides the work of peers and team members.
• Works cross‑functionally and proposes improvements to processes and methods.
• Acts as a technical expert in an area and understands how teams integrate to achieve goals.
• Serves as a team leader, allocating work and providing subject‑matter guidance to junior members.
• Demonstrates strong problem‑solving ability and effective interpersonal communication.
