Training Administrator – Remote (Colombia)

About the role

As a Training Administrator you will oversee the company’s learning programs, manage training records and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS). Working remotely from Colombia, you will support compliance, employee development and operational excellence for a leading OTC healthcare manufacturer.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update data in the LMS, ensuring accurate training documentation.
• Create and distribute attendance sheets for training sessions across all PLD sites.
• Upload completed training documents and run regular status reports for site and quality management.
• Review and update job competencies in collaboration with Quality Management and department managers.
• Prepare new‑hire training materials on request.
• Assist the Corporate Quality Systems Manager with additional training‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in training administration or LMS management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English and Spanish with strong proofreading abilities.
• Familiarity with standard concepts and procedures in the pharmaceutical OTC industry.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and conduct public speaking sessions.
