Training and Education Leader

About the role

As the Training & Education Leader for L’Oréal’s Dermatological Beauty division, you will shape and deliver the learning strategy across Central America and the Andean Region. You will inspire healthcare professionals, consumers, and internal teams, ensuring that training initiatives drive business growth and brand loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt the regional educational strategy, aligning global objectives with local market needs.
• Create culturally relevant training content that communicates the science behind brands such as La Roche‑Posay, CeraVe, and Vichy.
• Coach and up‑skill sales forces and other teams through remote and face‑to‑face sessions.
• Plan, organize, and execute regional seminars, workshops, and events, managing logistics, speakers, and budgets.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs for business or commercial teams, preferably in pharmaceutical, retail, luxury, or related sectors.
• Strong strategic vision with the ability to influence multicultural audiences.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
