Trust & Safety Supervisor

About the role

As a Trust & Safety Supervisor within Veho’s Live Ops organization, you will lead a team of Trust & Safety Coordinators and act as the primary escalation point for complex driver, customer, and legal incidents. You will ensure safety and compliance policies are executed flawlessly across the company’s logistics ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Manage escalations and resolve high‑stakes incidents involving driver partners, customers, and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise daily activities, conduct 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and coach coordinators to meet attendance, efficiency, and SLA targets.
• Partner with Live Ops, Ground Ops, Legal, and People Operations to identify friction points, perform root‑cause analyses, and improve workflows.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and company guidelines.
• Onboard, train, and continuously support team members while maintaining feedback loops with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading safety or compliance teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to conduct root‑cause investigations.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with legal, operations, and people teams.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of maintaining operational discipline under pressure.
