About the role
Join Hilton’s hotel team as a Waiter/Waitress and become the face of hospitality for every guest. You will create memorable experiences by delivering friendly, attentive food and beverage service in a dynamic hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Delight guests with an upbeat, friendly attitude and proactively look for ways to enhance their stay.
- Master the menu, promotions and specials to confidently answer guest questions.
- Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the POS system and deliver orders promptly with attention to detail.
- Maintain a fully stocked, clean and organized service station throughout the shift.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations.
