Website Project Manager (Remote, Colombia)

About the role

We are seeking a Web Project Manager to lead enterprise‑level website initiatives from planning through launch. The role focuses on projects built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including redesigns, content governance, and platform migrations, while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full website section redesigns, managing stakeholders and engineering dependencies to ensure successful UAT, QA, and launch.
• Author, maintain, and govern website updates within AEM, guaranteeing seamless content integration.
• Guide migration and integration of existing web properties into the AEM platform.
• Partner closely with UX, Design, Development, QA, and Marketing teams to align objectives and deliver cohesive experiences.
• Serve as the primary liaison between production teams and stakeholders, communicating requirements, priorities, and project updates.
• Champion quality‑assurance best practices, emphasizing accessibility, accuracy, and overall site health.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast‑moving, Agile environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience as a Web, Digital, or Technical Project Manager delivering website projects.
• Proven track record leading comprehensive website redesigns with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience owning website initiatives from planning through launch and supporting platform migrations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and timelines.
