Workforce Data Analyst

About the role

As a Workforce Data Analyst at Holafly, you will turn people‑related data into actionable insights that help the company plan, optimise and scale its people operations. You will work closely with People Ops, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning and senior business leaders to improve capacity planning, hiring efficiency and overall operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workforce dashboards and reports using SQL, BI tools and spreadsheets.
• Partner with People Ops and Talent teams to design forecasts, capacity plans and hiring models aligned with business priorities.
• Analyse recruitment metrics such as time‑to‑fill, source performance and offer acceptance, and recommend improvements.
• Measure attrition and retention drivers, conduct cohort and root‑cause analyses, and support retention strategies.
• Automate recurring reports and processes to reduce manual effort.
• Translate complex data into clear insights and presentations for HR leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HRIS and People Ops to improve data quality and governance.
• Support ad‑hoc people analytics projects, including pay equity reviews and diversity monitoring.

Required profile

• Proven experience in people analytics, workforce planning or HR analytics within a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Collaborative approach and ability to communicate findings in plain language.
• Continuous‑improvement attitude, seeking automation and standardisation opportunities.
