About the role

Join BairesDev as a Young Professional in Learning & Development and support the design, coordination, and delivery of training initiatives for a global tech workforce. This remote position offers a fast‑track entry point into L&D, allowing you to work alongside seasoned professionals while contributing to a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and logistics for workshops, webinars, and other learning events.
• Support the creation of learning materials such as presentations, guides, and e‑learning modules.
• Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content is organized, current, and accessible.
• Collect and analyse participant feedback to help evaluate and improve programs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
• Track and report L&D metrics to measure impact and effectiveness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, or currently pursuing one.
• Strong interest in talent development, training, or instructional design.
• Creative, organized, and comfortable using digital tools and learning platforms.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
