About the role
Join Mastercard’s 2027 Internship Program in Bogota for a one‑year, part‑time hybrid experience. You will work on real projects across sales, technology, finance, product management and marketing while building a professional network within a global payments leader.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver impactful assignments that support departmental goals.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on business‑critical initiatives.
- Participate in networking sessions, leadership speaker series, and volunteer activities.
- Adhere to Mastercard’s security policies and complete mandatory security training.
Required profile
- Student expected to graduate at the end of 2027.
- Strong academic record.
- Innovative thinking and willingness to take thoughtful risks.
- Ability to partner across the organization and communicate effectively.
