Abogado/a – Legal & Integrity

About the role

Join our Legal & Integrity team to provide legal guidance, contract management, and compliance support for business operations. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external counsel on a wide range of corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters in Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Support corporate governance activities and regulatory filings.
• Assist with the implementation and monitoring of compliance and integrity programs.
• Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external counsel on legal matters in Colombia.

Required profile

• Law degree with a valid professional license.
• Minimum three years of experience in corporate law, compliance, and contract negotiation.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
