Account Coordinator, Paid Social

About the role

As an Account Coordinator, Paid Social you will support the account team by handling production tasks across paid social channels. You will work remotely while being based in the Mountain or Pacific time zones, helping clients optimise campaigns on platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest.

Key responsibilities

• Learn and apply DEPT’s paid‑social methodology and best practices.
• Build, upload and edit campaigns, targeting, ads, keywords, placements and negatives in each platform’s Ads Manager.
• Analyse performance data, create and format reports using Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
• Identify trends, write clear performance insights and present them in client calls.
• Monitor budget pacing, flag KPI deviations and adjust bids according to strategy.
• Take notes and contribute during internal syncs, client meetings and presentations.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in paid social or a closely related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven reporting abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Based in a Mountain or Pacific time zone.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Reddit and Pinterest Ads Manager.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, conditional formatting).
• Data analysis and performance reporting.
