Account Executive - Full-Cycle B2B Sales

About the role

Skylink is seeking a results‑driven Account Executive to manage the full sales cycle for B2B aviation maintenance solutions. You will generate new business, nurture relationships with airlines, MROs, lessors and military customers, and guide opportunities from prospecting to signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new prospects across 30+ countries, building a robust sales pipeline from scratch.
• Conduct RFQ handling, quoting and proposal preparation in collaboration with inside‑sales and operations teams.
• Negotiate terms, close deals and ensure seamless hand‑over to account management.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular forecasts to senior leadership.
• Represent Skylink at industry events and act as a trusted advisor to customers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of full‑cycle B2B sales experience, preferably in aviation or related industrial sectors.
• Proven ability to build pipelines, manage long sales cycles and achieve revenue targets.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with a customer‑first mindset.
• Self‑motivated, resource‑ful and comfortable working in a global, collaborative environment.
