Account Manager – Client Success (Insurance Marketing)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing performance marketing agency that supports insurance agencies with Google Ads, Meta Ads, local SEO, website development, and social media. As an Account Manager you will become the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring smooth communication between them and our delivery team.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for a set of insurance agency clients.
• Maintain a regular cadence of updates, check‑ins, and reporting reviews.
• Translate Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and website performance data into clear, client‑friendly summaries.
• Route client requests to the appropriate internal team members and follow through to completion.
• Manage onboarding communications for new clients.
• Identify at‑risk accounts early and implement retention strategies.
• Keep client records, notes, and next steps organized and up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interpreting marketing metrics and explaining results.
• Highly organized, self‑directed, and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive follow‑up without needing reminders.
