About the role
WeSpeak is a fast‑growing startup that uses AI virtual assistants on WhatsApp to help hotels convert inquiries into bookings. As an Account Manager you will own a portfolio of hotel clients, ensuring they are onboarded, activated, and continuously supported to drive retention and growth.
Key responsibilities
- Onboard and activate new hotel clients within 48 hours, delivering tailored training to front‑desk staff and managers.
- Monitor portfolio health by tracking usage metrics, identifying risk signals, and resolving technical or operational tickets promptly.
- Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, run quarterly business reviews, and turn satisfied clients into referral sources.
- Collect and relay structured client feedback to product and engineering teams, contributing to the company’s playbook.
Required profile
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or a similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen empathetically and act decisively.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Comfort working with data dashboards and analytics.
