Account Manager – Investor Services (Luxury Hospitality)

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager for Investor Services to join a boutique real‑estate investment firm that curates luxury vacation homes. The role is fully remote and focuses on building lasting relationships with a portfolio of 150‑250 investors, helping them maximize the value of their membership and enjoy seamless travel experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 150‑250 investor accounts, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Respond to inquiries about reservations, lottery processes, policies, property availability, and program details.
• Provide proactive reminders, annual planning support, and personalized travel recommendations.
• Identify under‑engaged investors and develop outreach strategies to increase utilization.
• Assist investors with reservation creation, edits, cancellations, and troubleshoot booking issues.
• Escalate complex concerns and coordinate internal teams to ensure resolution.

Required profile

• Strong relationship‑building and customer‑service mindset.
• Experience in luxury hospitality or high‑net‑worth client management.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Proactive, organized, and solution‑oriented.
