About the role
Evolution, a world‑leading iGaming innovator, is seeking an Account Manager to build and nurture relationships with operators and internal teams. You will ensure promotional campaigns run smoothly, drive KPI achievement, and deliver a personalised, rewarding experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Liaise with in‑house resources and operators to execute and analyse promotional campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify issues, and work with stakeholders to optimise strategy.
- Represent the full portfolio of Evolution products and communicate upcoming releases to customers.
- Establish and maintain key account relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
- Serve as escalation liaison, providing root‑cause analysis and driving continuous improvement.
- Validate customer needs continuously and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming account management or a similar client‑facing role.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong commercial awareness and business‑development knowledge.
- Proven ability to generate results in a complex commercial environment.
- Data‑driven decision‑making and effective client management.
- Team‑leadership experience and a passion for sales, negotiation and problem‑solving.
