About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their marketing projects run smoothly and deliver measurable results. The role combines client relationship management with coordination of digital advertising initiatives across Meta and Google platforms.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain daily communication with clients to guarantee a high‑quality experience.
- Coordinate marketing projects, monitor timelines, and track deliverables across internal teams.
- Support and monitor Meta and Google Ads campaigns, ensuring performance aligns with client objectives.
- Assist in content planning and creation strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and client requests, ensuring timely resolution.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and drive account growth.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and meet client goals.
Required profile
- English proficiency at B2‑C1 level.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Interest in digital marketing, advertising, and business growth.
- Problem‑solving attitude and willingness to take ownership.
