Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Account Manager to join our team on behalf of BPW. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customers, driving outreach, relationship building, and revenue growth across a diverse range of parts and services.

Key responsibilities

• Make consistent outbound calls to active, dormant, and unqualified accounts and conduct discovery to understand fleet composition and purchasing patterns.
• Follow up on open quotes, abandoned carts, and inbound inquiries within defined service levels.
• Develop and execute a segmented call plan, identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities, and build growth plans for top‑tier customers.
• Log every interaction in BPW’s CRM, maintain clean account records, and use CRM reporting to manage your pipeline.
• Send structured email follow‑ups, write professional communications, and maintain a regular cadence with each account.
• Stay current on product catalog, vendor lines, and market dynamics, reporting competitive insights to BPW leadership.

Required profile

• 2+ years of phone‑based sales, inside sales, or account management experience with direct customer‑facing responsibility.
• Comfort with high‑volume outbound calling and cold or semi‑cold outreach.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and a professional phone presence.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a headset suitable for continuous calling.
• Ability to work core U.S. business hours aligned to the assigned territory.

Required skills

• Proficiency with a CRM system.
• Familiarity with NetSuite, Shopify, or similar ERP/e‑commerce platforms.
