Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will acquire, maintain, and optimise business relationships and partnerships for Evolution, a leading iGaming solutions provider. You will ensure customers receive personalised, rewarding experiences while meeting KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and sustain key account relationships, acting as the main liaison between customers and internal teams.
• Manage promotional campaigns, track performance, and provide analysis to optimise results.
• Present product updates, upcoming game releases, and opportunities to clients.
• Serve as escalation point for customer issues, driving resolution and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in iGaming account management or a similar client‑facing role.
• Strong commercial awareness, analytical thinking and strategic mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel, work outside normal office hours and represent the company professionally.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to conduct root‑cause analysis and present findings.
