Account Manager US

About the role

Sanofi is looking for an experienced Account Manager US to join its Medical Operations team in Bogotá. You will act as the primary liaison between internal brand teams and medical content development teams, ensuring seamless planning, creation, and delivery of high‑quality scientific content.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for assigned franchise teams regarding all content needs and priorities.
• Translate team needs into clear briefs, timelines, and deliverables for content creators.
• Manage the full content lifecycle from intake to delivery, including MLR/approval.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and delivery roadmaps across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Identify risks, manage escalations, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate internal creators, medical writers, designers, external vendors, and reviewers.
• Ensure all content complies with scientific accuracy, Sanofi standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in account management or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Communications, Marketing, Business or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, or MS Project.
