Accountant - CCA

About the role

We are looking for an Accountant – CCA to support daily and monthly accounting operations, perform account analyses, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements. The role involves collaborating with various departments to provide analytical support and improve financial processes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in daily and monthly accounting processes.
• Complete various account analyses and billings.
• Identify, research, and resolve items impacting the financial statements.
• Prepare account analyses and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly journal entries.
• Provide financial and analytical support to various departments.
• Calculate month‑end accruals.
• Research issues and assist in the collection and dissemination of financial information.
• Develop ad‑hoc reports and financial analyses.
• Escalate issues to management in a timely manner.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Prepare clear and concise documentation.
• Perform additional duties as assigned and meet attendance and punctuality standards.

Required profile

• High School/GED required; Associate minimum, Bachelor preferred.
• Approximately 5‑10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Proven ability to lead projects, set timelines, and define scope.
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑resolution skills.
• Collaborative mindset with an understanding of strategic departmental goals.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, adaptability, professionalism, and teamwork.

Required skills

• Intermediate/Advanced Excel.
• Intermediate Access.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
