Accountant – Financial Operations

About the role

We are a growth‑financing marketplace helping small businesses access capital and manage their finances. We are looking for five motivated accountants to join our team and support accurate financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Record and process accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general‑ledger entries.
• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports in line with US GAAP.
• Perform regular bank, credit‑card and ledger reconciliations.
• Support tax compliance, audits and filing requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless accounting workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of accounting experience, preferably from a Big‑Four environment.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in financial reporting.
• Advanced English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• QuickBooks or Xero accounting software.
• Microsoft Excel.
• Understanding of US GAAP and financial reporting practices.
