Accounting Analyst

About the role

The Accounting Analyst will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and reconciliation for Addi's SaaS platform and its banking operations. This role safeguards the integrity of financial data, streamlines reporting processes, and supports regulatory requirements to maintain the company’s financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver weekly supplier and partner reports with 100% accuracy and on schedule.
• Provide tax‑related support within five days after month‑end, achieving full stakeholder satisfaction.
• Respond to internal and external requests promptly, earning positive feedback for organization and responsiveness.
• Reduce the month‑end close cycle to 8‑9 calendar days within the first six months.
• Reconcile assigned accounts within six calendar days.
• Implement at least two process improvements that measurably boost efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, and Capital Markets to deliver insightful financial analysis.
