About the role
SGS is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to generate invoices, ensure accurate revenue recognition and support cash‑flow management. The role works within the GBS Americas shared services center, collaborating with finance, audit and back‑office teams.
Key responsibilities
- Process high volumes of customer invoices and manage complex billing accounts.
- Monitor unbilled revenue, resolve invoicing discrepancies and support collections.
- Verify billing information against client contracts and coordinate new customer account setup.
- Investigate interface errors, prepare month‑end financial reports and respond to client inquiries.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of billing experience; 2+ years of Accounts Receivable preferred.
- B2+ English proficiency and strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Oracle Accounts Receivable systems.
- Microsoft Office applications.
