Ad Operations Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a fully remote Ad Operations Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end workflow of a high‑volume digital advertising build operation. You will act as the primary liaison between account teams and ad builders, ensuring projects are delivered accurately, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Meta ad build queue from intake through final delivery.
• Prioritize incoming requests, set deadlines, and assign projects to the build team.
• Monitor progress and perform quality‑assurance reviews before launch.
• Ensure campaign structures, naming conventions, and platform requirements are met.
• Communicate status updates and launch readiness to stakeholders.
• Partner closely with account leads and operations teams to maintain execution quality.
• Opportunity for overtime pay based on client needs.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Meta ad trafficking, building, or ad operations.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and composure under deadline pressure.
• Understanding of campaign structure and QA best practices.

• Excel.
