Agentic Software Engineer (Claude Code) – Remote

About the role

FullStack is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer specialized in Claude Code to join its remote team serving clients across the Americas. You will collaborate with product teams to design, build, and deliver AI‑augmented software solutions that meet complex business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Work with product owners and engineers to create end‑to‑end features using Claude Code as the primary development environment.
• Coordinate AI‑driven implementation across large, multi‑file codebases while maintaining architectural oversight.
• Design AI‑first development workflows from specification through deployment and continuously improve AI‑generated output.
• Perform disciplined human‑in‑the‑loop reviews and risk‑adjusted validation for safety‑critical components.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, contribute to Lean practices, and support asynchronous collaboration.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with full‑stack expertise (Java, Python, C#, React, Node.js).
• Deep experience using Claude Code to generate the majority of production code.
• Strong context‑engineering skills to produce reliable, AI‑friendly specifications.
• Proven ability to translate complex product requirements into machine‑executable code.
• Advanced English proficiency and a completed four‑year college degree.
• Authorized to work in Colombia on a full‑time basis; no visa sponsorship offered.
