AI Business Development Representative – Fintech

About the role

QUASH.ai is seeking a full‑time AI Business Development Representative to create qualified sales opportunities with banks, credit unions, fintech firms and other lending institutions. This highly active outbound role blends generative AI tools with traditional prospecting to engage senior financial‑services executives and drive discovery conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume outreach via phone, email, SMS and LinkedIn.
• Identify and contact decision‑makers such as Chief Credit Officers, Chief Risk Officers, Heads of Underwriting, Fraud Directors and Innovation Leaders.
• Conduct initial discovery calls, explain QUASH.ai’s value proposition and qualify prospects.
• Leverage ChatGPT, Claude and other GenAI tools to research accounts and personalize messaging.
• Build and optimise automated prospecting, enrichment and follow‑up workflows using HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zapier, Make or n8n.
• Maintain accurate activity and opportunity data in HubSpot.
• Test and iterate on scripts, sequences and target segments, providing feedback on objections and market trends.

Required profile

• Native‑level English proficiency.
• Comfortable making cold calls and speaking with senior executives.
• Self‑starter able to run discovery calls independently.
• Goal‑oriented with a target of at least 15 qualified opportunities per month.
