AI Design & Creative Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a highly creative AI Design & Creative Specialist to join our interior design team. The role blends AI‑driven visualisation with traditional graphic design to produce compelling interior and exterior concepts, digital content, and branded materials. You will help shape and optimise our AI‑centric design workflow.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare floor plans for AI‑assisted design sessions.
• Generate, refine, and upscale interior and exterior visualisations using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT Image Tools, Midjourney and Magnific AI.
• Continuously improve AI workflows for speed, quality and consistency.
• Create and publish social‑media content on Instagram and LinkedIn, including Reels and short‑form videos.
• Schedule posts, manage platforms and keep the company website up‑to‑date.
• Design presentation decks, marketing collateral and branded graphics while incorporating feedback efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven experience using AI creative tools in daily work.
• Strong portfolio showcasing AI‑generated visualisations and design projects.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, composition, colour, lighting and aesthetics.
• Fluent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines.
• Interior‑design background with basic CAD and SketchUp knowledge is a strong plus.
