AI Education & Training Lead

About the role

Plutus21 is launching an AI education and training practice for businesses and needs a leader to build it from the ground up. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will own the end‑to‑end product, from curriculum design to market launch and delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop a comprehensive AI training curriculum, defining audience segments, learning outcomes, formats and content.
• Define and execute the go‑to‑market strategy, including positioning, pricing, marketing and sales channels.
• Recruit, vet and manage a network of qualified AI instructors, establishing quality standards and delivery playbooks.
• Set up the technology stack that powers the practice, such as learning platforms and operational tools.
• Create a roadmap, monitor performance against goals and scale the team as the practice grows.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building programs, ventures or new business lines from scratch.
• Strong interest in education and professional training, preferably with experience designing or delivering learning programs.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and an understanding of how businesses adopt them.
• Commercial instincts with comfort making marketing, sales and pricing decisions.
• Ability to work autonomously in an ambiguous, early‑stage environment.
• Based in Latin America (Bogotá preferred) or Morocco.
• Professional fluency in English; Spanish (LatAm) or French/Arabic (Morocco) strongly preferred.
• Experience in edtech, corporate training or professional services is a plus.
• Experience recruiting and managing contractor or instructor networks is a plus.
