AI Enablement Trainer

About the role

Factored is seeking a dynamic AI Enablement Trainer to accelerate the adoption of Claude and Anthropic technologies across client organizations. You will design and deliver hands‑on workshops, labs, and coaching sessions that turn curiosity into capability for developers, analysts, and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead live enablement workshops, hands‑on labs, and teaching sessions for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise rollout programs, coordinating schedules, cohorts, and adoption tracking.
• Act as a trusted guide for clients, identifying blockers and adjusting programs to maintain momentum.
• Maintain up‑to‑date fluency with Claude, Anthropic prompting techniques, workflows, and real‑world use cases.
• Tailor existing enablement materials to specific client needs, adjusting examples and exercises.
• Capture feedback and adoption insights to continuously improve activation packages.
• Partner with solutions, delivery, and partnership teams to align enablement with broader client engagement goals.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience in enablement, training, or related fields.
• Strong program‑management instincts and ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
