AI Performance Creative Strategist – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an AI Performance Creative Strategist to lead AI‑powered video advertising for a fast‑growing Google Ads agency. You will own the end‑to‑end creative process, from market research to production and continuous optimization, with a focus on high‑impact YouTube campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Research markets, competitors, and customer personas to uncover compelling ad angles.
• Develop creative concepts, messaging frameworks, and scripts for AI‑generated video ads.
• Produce end‑to‑end AI‑powered creatives, including Video Sales Letters, AI avatars, claymation, UGC‑style ads, and emerging formats.
• Utilize AI creative tools to generate, edit, and deliver performance‑focused video ads.
• Analyze campaign performance data and iterate creatives based on testing results.
• Maintain a high‑volume creative testing pipeline focused on conversion.
• Collaborate with media buyers, landing‑page specialists, and content teams to ensure creative consistency.
• Stay ahead of emerging AI creative technologies and advertising trends.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating performance‑driven e‑commerce advertising creatives, especially for YouTube.
• Strong understanding of direct‑response marketing principles (customer avatars, positioning, hooks, offers).
• Hands‑on experience with AI creative platforms and ability to own the full creative lifecycle.
• Data‑driven mindset with comfort interpreting campaign metrics.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable, and passionate about experimenting with new AI tools.
