About the Role

Main Missions

• Evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and strict adherence to complex instructions.
• Rate AI responses based on technical correctness and logical reasoning.
• Design and write challenging programming tasks to test model capabilities.
• Identify bugs and edge cases within AI outputs.
• Provide structured, high-quality technical feedback to improve model performance.

Profile Required

• Software Engineer (Junior, Mid, or Senior level) with strong problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to analyze complex codebases.
• Ability to work autonomously in an asynchronous, remote environment.
• Must be authorized to work in one of the designated Latin American countries.
• No prior AI experience is required; we value your core engineering expertise.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and algorithms.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
