AI Training Software Engineer (Remote - LATAM)

About the Position

Main Missions

• Review and evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, logic, and adherence to complex instructions.
• Grade AI responses based on precision, quality, and compliance with specific technical guidelines.
• Design and write complex programming challenges to improve model performance and reasoning.
• Identify bugs, logical inconsistencies, and security vulnerabilities in AI-produced code.
• Provide structured, constructive, and high-quality technical feedback to developers and model trainers.
• Ensure strict adherence to project guidelines, quality standards, and data confidentiality requirements.

Profile Required

• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, Swift, or Rust).
• Experience in software development (Full-stack, Back-end, Front-end, or Mobile).
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and code quality.
• Ability to work independently in an asynchronous, remote setting.
• Must be legally authorized to work in a supported Latin American country.
• No prior AI experience is required; we value core engineering excellence.
