Analista QA/QC (Parque Eólico)

About the role

The QA/QC Analyst will work on a wind‑farm construction project in La Guajira, Colombia, ensuring that all works and installations meet the required specifications, standards and procedures with full traceability.

Key responsibilities

• Implement the project Quality Plan and discipline‑specific Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).
• Plan and carry out inspections, hold points and witness points together with the client.
• Manage Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs), punch lists, deviations and corrective/preventive actions.
• Verify equipment calibration, material certificates and test results.
• Coordinate the quality dossier and data books, including as‑built documents and test reports.
• Produce signed ITPs, checklists, inspection records, and maintain traceable NCR and punch‑list logs.

Required profile

• Professional engineering or technology background with at least 2 years of experience in the energy sector.
• Minimum 5 years of industrial QA/QC experience, preferably in civil, electrical or mechanical works for wind projects.
• Strong attention to detail and solid technical judgment.

Required skills

• Knowledge of ASTM, IEC and ISO standards.
• Proficiency with inspection tools and equipment.
• Experience using punch‑list software such as SnagR (optional).
