Analyst I – Audits & Claims

About the role

PRGX is seeking an Analyst I to join its global team that delivers source‑to‑pay data analytics and profit recovery services. The analyst will work independently on client data, identify billing errors, and help recover revenue through detailed audits and claim preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct audits without supervision, using client data to detect errors and recover revenue.
• Produce and review claims, contracts, agreements, and electronic documents.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Provide senior‑level input and research on client‑challenged claims.
• Analyze client claim procedures and business operations to recommend improvements.
• Perform quality‑control audits and mentor less‑experienced auditors.
• Assist in designing project tools and developing new audit concepts to increase revenues.
• Recommend and implement changes to audit processes, tools, and operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, or related financial functions.
• Strong understanding of accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and procurement processes.
• Ability to work independently, meet audit cycle deadlines, and deliver high‑quality results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, queries, etc.).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Access.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience navigating core ERP systems and ability to learn new systems quickly.
