Andean General Manager

About the role

Electrolux is seeking a General Manager for the Andean region, based in Bogota, Colombia. The role leads the commercial organization, driving sustainable value creation across product portfolio, new channels, pricing, and partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Strategic Plan, aligning strategy, execution, and results.
• Achieve business unit objectives for profit, sales, and volume.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships with key customers and partners.
• Monitor competitors and develop business growth initiatives.
• Supervise business controlling, sales operations, trade marketing, category management, HR, and after‑sales teams.
• Coordinate with Latin America, local and regional functions on operations, supply chain, IT, marketing, finance, product line, and technical support.
• Participate in Lean Thinking projects (EAI – Electrolux Always Improve).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related field (MBA a plus).
• Proven experience in a General Management or senior executive role.
• Track record in commercial leadership, P&L management and business growth.
• Deep understanding of retail‑driven business models and go‑to‑market execution.
• Experience working in matrix organisations with dual reporting structures.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
