Appointment Setter – Entry-Level B2B Cold Caller

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Appointment Setter to join a new sales campaign focused on inspection and engineering testing services for commercial and industrial clients. As an entry‑level B2B cold caller, you will be the first point of contact, introducing our services to decision‑makers and qualifying prospects for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls to targeted commercial and industrial prospects.
• Start professional conversations with business owners, facility managers, engineers and other decision‑makers.
• Explain inspection and engineering testing services in clear business terms.
• Ask discovery questions to uncover needs, challenges, timing and budget.
• Qualify leads based on interest, authority, need and timeline.
• Handle objections confidently and keep conversations moving forward.
• Generate qualified appointments and hand them off to the appropriate sales or technical team member.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of call outcomes, prospect details and follow‑up actions.
• Meet defined activity targets such as number of calls, conversations, qualified leads and appointments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in cold calling, outbound sales, appointment setting or B2B lead generation.
• Strong spoken English with clear pronunciation.
• Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated and work toward measurable goals.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM or lead‑tracking system.
